Well she might cost a bit to sort but it'll be well worth it in the end. And a massive plus is you're saving another pick up.

That's certainly going to look a cracker when done, I look forward to seeing the finished result. I looked at cars last year with welding like that and walked away from them, not they couldnt be saved just not what I wanted.
I have one thats had an excellent job made of the bodywork and I have been dealing with the mechanical bodgery, thats what I wanted and shes coming good now.
Keep us posted.

Re: Pick up Restoration Project !!!
Starting with a new chassis has GOT to be the way forward if you're doing a job this thorough. Good luck to you for taking it on.
It'll look great when it's all finished. Will you be brave enough to use it
Have you chosen a colour yet?

Hi Many morris
Im not sure on the colour yet ! , it started life as a white/cream van ... then onto being a green pick up , and then in to a blue pick up ...
As for using her !!! I'm not sure yet !!!
As I've just purchased a Mercedes pagoda 230sl classic ..
i will be taking her to all the meets & shows once she's completed ..
I have some more photos from this weeks progress
