Traveller Pull Handle/rubber/glass fixings

The pull handle, chrome metal item for opening and closing side windows, came off and I am left with the handle with the rubber seal in it and the window in place on the traveller.

Is the pull handle/rubber item just glued back on to the glass? If so which adhesive would be best?

If not what else needs to be done to attach the item to the glass?

Is the rubber seal glued into the pull handle and if so is it the same adhesive for both applications?
