One on ebay, mounts to the passenger side b pillar with captive bolts fitted to the b pillar, you just screw in bolts and mount the clamp, here is on on ebay

There is one part that is bolted to the inside of the 'B' post, and another that is welded to the rear inner wing. They both support the wheel.

Thank You

I was wondering how it stayed in place with just the cup for the tire.
My truck is in a garage i rent i will have to look to see if any thing is still there next trip.
The welded part & tire cup were gone.

I am finding a lot of things done wrong or different on the van.
I am not sure why as most do not make sence.
It is tuff to find van parts here in the USA.
Then i see some thing on ebay UK and can not bid on it because of shipping.
It is a good thing some of the parts vendors have replacement parts or i would never finish my van.
