help confiming membership

hi there everyone i have recently bought my mebership for the club online i also got my membership number i also have jut uust joined this site and have tried to confirm my member ship in which i was asked to give my name and membership number but under neath that i was asked to give password for minor matter from page 4 which i dont have anyhelp confirming my membership wold be much appreciated also dont know if i was suppost to post here but sorry in advance and once again hi to all
