Bonnet coated in old primer

Post by iandromiskin »

Question - I stripped a bonnet about two years ago and painted it in a number of coats of primer but never got round to finishing it. It has since been stored in a dry but occasionally moist shed since then. I am now getting round to finishing things , but do I need to strip all this primer off to start again or will a good sanding, re-priming and spray work ????
