Just wondering if any of the previous owners of this car are on this board or any one knows any information about her. I would like to build up a history file and am currently getting a heritage certificate. if nothing on here I will send off the V whatever form from the DVLA regarding previous owners.
Cheers Chris

Hi there,
My name is Glynn Moughton, I'm a previous keeper. I think I was the third. Do you still own XSC 767.
I owned her from '71/'72 to around the mid '90's.

I'd think twice about bothering with DVLA enquiry.
I did it back in 2017 when I got Basil and after a couple of attempts (the first was rejected because the numpty at DVLA didn't read the form properly), all they would provide was scans of old Log Books with all owner details redacted apart from the City/County. So I basically have a rough idea of it's movements around the country.
I've seen it mentioned on here more recently that they don't even provide that any longer, claiming 'Data Protection' as some sort of trump card to any enquiry that requires them to do some work retrieving records.
