Today is dashpot on the Carb! Going easy on myself for today. Tomorrow is gearbox oil!

If you are new to Minor servicing then this is a good plan! Read up the manuals and any info on these message boards (this one and the other one), take your time and all will be fine. If something goes wrong, you have only changed one thing and you know what caused it!
The Minor is a brilliant car to learn mechanics on, and many of these skills can be transferred to other cars- even some modern motor jobs as well.

The only problem with a one a day strategy is you get dirty more than once. I suppose you could count all the jobs under the car as one day!

This message board is like a family - you can't choose the other members!! But remember engine oil is thicker than water.
