Re: Bit of fun: post pics of your fave modded moggy's
I'm all up for meeting up at a "working" event where you get to drive. Please make sure it gets published in minor matters so that we all know about it; as despite trying to join the Custom / Modified register I have not managed to get acknowledgement / acceptance (by post or e-mail)!
Perhaps we could even plan dedicated feeder meets to drive to the Nationals as a group or two.
Whilst I appreciate that some keep theirs in the garage / their bedroom all winter whats wrong with having a meet early in the season like March / April or even November!

Re: Bit of fun: post pics of your fave modded moggy's
More pics anyone? Hell yeah![frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame]
As you can see, the theme for these pics is racing Does anyone have any info on any of these Minors?
I love the idea of smaller all year round meets, or runs, maybe from pub to pub? I'm still pushing to have a big stand at the 2011 National with company stands and interesting demos so get polishing! I will be unable to show a car as mine is currently indergoing drastic surgery and won't be on the road for a long time yet, I will however be there as trade (fingers crossed).

and another one ;) this time one that goes roundy, roundy rather than straight line. Mike Bennion's V8 Super Saloon.
I don't know it's spec but it still looks like a serious bit of kit

Re: Bit of fun: post pics of your fave modded moggy's
Remindes me very much of PlasticOrange's current project, Astral Traveller This thing looks a beast, can't wait to see what it can do and maybe get this guy to bring it along to the next National! On that note, if anyone knows of peole with modded Moggies that are not part of this forum then please let them know about the National next year as it would be great to see these cars in the flesh and represent our corner

The wings look very similar in concept to Astral Traveller. I'll be further stripping the body prior to blasting when I'm finished helping with my son's new house.
