Window seals?

Post by davidpidge »

Here's the first of what will un-doubtedly be 100's of questions about my new moggie!

What are these seals ( if they are called seals) called? They're the ones either side of the glass in the door. I cant find them on ESM spares or bullmotif. I am aware that looking at that photo you'll proberly think the window seals are the least of my problems but you've got to start somewhere![frame]Image[/frame]

Thanks for your photo, it was timely. I was looking at these on my car last night thinking they were a bit tatty and today I was going to take one off to find the number of new clips to get to fit new ones. It's much easier to count the holes from a photo.

I have attached my seals upside down with the metal strip at the top. Non original, would lose points in concours but looks tidier and the edges don't fray. :)

Non original, but I have the 'touch glass' seals, they seem to do a good job without fraying or soaking up the water!
