Re Alternator Help

Hi thanks for the help already given. Can some one just check how I have sorted out the wires.
Have 3 wires from the alternator 1 thick brown and 1 thin brown and one thin brown yellow. Both brown go the the solenoid where the thick brown wire is and the new brown/yellow is joined to the old brown/yellow which was on D on the control box.

Then join both brown/blue wires which were on A1 to both brown wires which were on A.
But what happens to the old thick brown/yellow which was on D and the old brown/green which was on F

Hope you can understand the above.
