Trafficators

Hi,

I'm looking for a pair of trafficators for my early Series II.

During this quest I found out that there are a number of different LUCAS trafficator models, used on several cars. Can someone tell me the LUCAS code for the one used on the Minor?

What year was your early series 2 made? Most models were fitted with the SF80 trafficator units, but some early lowlights had the SF34 units fitted which is why you may have heard that different types were fitted. I would say your car would have had the SF80 model when new. Hope this helps!

My car was registered on the 2nd of February '54 which means it was manufactured sometime during January that year or even December '53. Either way it should be the SF80 trafficator!
