Brake light wire

Post by Matt »

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me what the colour of the brake light wire is heading toward the back of the car? ('67)

My car has sat idle for 2 months and the brake lights have stopped working! (doesn't use the standard minor switch btw) so I need to check the wiring.

Just short the two wires together at the switch to see if the wiring is ok!

I know that... but it involves lots of fiddling with my head in the drivers footwell - marina pedalbox switch on the pedal! Also I realised when it was dark, so just getting the facts uptogether for tomorrow

Was the fuse that had blown.

(I have individual fuses on this car...)
