Hi.
I'm completely new to the Club and am into Sunbeam Alpines really. However, I hate to see anything going to waste as I am in the jukebox restoration business and have seen so much of it!
I was in malaysia over Christmas and came across four early Minors from (I suspect) the early 70s. They do not have split windscreens. There is a fifth car in bits for spares too I am told. These cars were used last in about 2002 and I could find no serious corrosion from a cursory look on the underside.
These would be sound restoration projects but obviously the cost of shipment would be high and I am trying to work out if the project is practical or not. I do have some photos if anyone is interested in assisting with working out a possible value on them.

Hi David thanks for the info if they have the one piece screen they are the later cars probably late 50's through the 60`s.
Unfortunately I wouldnt have though cost wise it would not be worth it as they are probably the most common cars available in the UK and as its possible to buy a good saloon for £1500 - £2000 with full mot in good condition I would imagine the cost will exceed the value, and I dont think we have any posters from that part of the world either which is a shame and I know what you mean about items going to waste.
But you never know so once again thanks for letting us know.
