A good set of HSS taps, dies and die nuts is a must if repairing a Minor 1000. UNF, UNC, BSF & BA are all used on the Minor 1000.
There are even some Brass, UN(S) and cycle threads used in a few assemblies of the Minor.
Having a set of thread gauges and the ZEUS data charts and reference tables is most useful.

Don't forget, Phil, the British Standard Pipe Thread for the drain plugs holes and the British Standard Pipe Tapered thread for the plugs themselves. They're fun (especially the latter)!
