if u have read my theads u will see i have done all that their is really nothing to else to do, i am waiting 4 a replacement carb as i am convinced it is that if it is not that then it is the graveyard in the sky as their is nothing else to do

SU carbs don't fail like that - you are grasping at straws. Check the carb over - but if there really is no 'gunk' blocking it up, and the piston rises and falls - there is nothing else to it !

Is the piston worn? I have just bought a carb overall kit from oldbury in birmingham, Must say that it is a great kit as you get everything you possibly need.
