What a fantastic resource for would-be Morris thieves!
They can even browse for one in their area, in the colour they choose....

Oh gowd, are you a Google Maps Complainer too?

I drive round in my car, with its numberplate on full display, all over the place, what a good advertisement for would be Morris Minor thieves.

Do give it a rest.

Who would chose to steal a Morris Minor anyway?! Seriously? My car is parked next to a brand spanking new Ford. You kidding me?

That's ridiculous! Nobody is giving exact locations, and even if they did would it really make them any more accessible to thieves than they already are by being on the road? If we were talking rare Aston Martins you might have a point, but with approx. 30,000 Minors still on the road it's not exactly a rare or particularly valuable type of car.

Saw 4 on a driveway in Norton canes, and 5 on a driveway in cheslyn hay. Better hope some dodgy pikey isn't reading this.

It's as bad as when people said putting a picture of a cartoon character on Facebook would be a give away for peadophiles.... because a picture of Dora the explorer is far more likely to excite a peadophiles than an actual picture of the child in questionsome people need to engage their brain before their keyboard.

And someone out to nick a car probably isn't going to want to steal a Morris Minor

Funny you say that. Last year, (or the year before) I remember reading a warning about Minor interiors beign stolen to order. Think it was up north though.

So not to worry.

Clipper Blue 2-Door Saloon parked in Sainsbury's car park, Surbiton, Thursday morning. Then saw a stunning sage green convertible with beige hood driving through the Kingston one-way-system at 7pm Thursday evening. Reg was RSJ 627.
