The steering wheel looks similar to that fitted to the Austin 1300GT.

Link to a period correct steering wheel for you, should you wish to refit one:

It also gets you onto the 'Minorparts of Oxford' site, a supplier that I quite rate, not too expensive and they can usually source what you want.
Of course it always pays to shop around, I buy wherever I find the best deal.
Below is a link to the type of centre you would have had in your car, I believe the horn push would be on a side stalk in 1957:

With the centre you may be able to get one cheaper than this, so I include this just so you can see what you are looking for, if you wish to reinstate it as it was.
