Re: major rear light earth issues
That's just a wire swap at the back.... You need to run earths FROM THE REAR LIGHTS to good bright chassis connections..

Re: major rear light earth issues
Heya guys went out for a drive tonight yes with my funky indicators but I've tried using my special system of who needs my light more
to only be on my way home and get honked at I got home to see what they were moaning about and my indicators have magically fixed them self
We fitted a radio to mine and we checked the lights after and they were still playing around as we were going to look into finding the issue so the radio wasn't the fix
Later on I thought I would get the fuse box off and completely clean It up as I was getting an odd earth for the radio
That's all I've done since so could the fuse box really have Been the problem
I will keep my eye on it over the next few days but it seems as if its fixed. all lights in correct place and indicating correctly

Re: major rear light earth issues
No! But just perhaps possible the rear lights were somehow 'earthing' out through the other side - giving the impression of working wrong way round....... although I really can't see how........

Re: major rear light earth issues
You need to sort this out once and for all - because incorrect signalling could cause a serious accident.

Re: major rear light earth issues
Yeah I know that's why I was going to have a look at it this week again but I'm going to check it over the next few days and see if it's sorted or notbmcecosse wrote:You need to sort this out once and for all - because incorrect signalling could cause a serious accident.
