Sandun - it will take you two minutes to check the multimeter on another car.... If it's reading low you will have endless problems trying to set up the 'reconditioned' Control Box. From the earlier tests - either the battery is faulty - or the multimeter reads low. Have you tried charging the battery for 24 hours to see what final voltage it achieves?
