When I did mine I had the same trouble getting the fluid to start. What I did was to get an empty washing up liquid bottle that had a short spout and it was about the same size as the bleed nipple put a length on hose on the spout and other end on the rear most nipple but before doing that I squeezed the sides of the bottle in so when released on the nipple it exerted a small vacuum on the system. It worked for me. Good luck.

Easy rules for brake bleeding. Close all nipples except the nearside rear. Put a tube on that and lead it into a jam jar with fluid in it. Push the pedal down hard, let it back up very slowly. If you have a helper they can close the nipple on the upstroke, but it's not essential. Goes without saying (but I will) - the shoes all need to be adjusted up tight to the drums......

G'day all
I have recently enquired about the brake pipe material from both BM and ESM. ESM did not reply - BM did.
Chreers Bob

HI Bob,
The brake pipes are made from copper.

Hi Stuart
Your brake pipe set CBS100 copper - is the tube pure copper or Kunifer (copper/nickel)?

Bob

NEVER use copper! It's banned in some countries and should be worldwide. Kunifer IS the material to use.
