I can also recommend A Plan insurance (who are a broker)

I have spoken to them about insuring my classics and they would be happy to oblige

I currently have my 1995 Transit Insured with them, with lots of mods (doubled engine power, seats, windows, blah blah blah) and it came in cheaper than the best price I could get on my "standard" one.

I also use Aplan for my modern ,not the classic cause they don't like driveway parking in brum at least ,I have a loca branch and I do like to talk face to face if possible,old fashioned I 'pose

That might suggest that ALL classic car drivers should be penalised........
Or does it mean that those of us who have the fortune/misfortune to have been driving classics for 2 decades or more are better practised at evasive driving?

I gave up cycling around Warwickshire 5 yrs ago due to the atrocious driving of car drivers (often the danger to cyclists was proportional to the cost/size of their car).
At least in a minor I can live to tell the tale - despite 2 occasions where other drivers (both were vans) have deliberately tried to drive me off the road.
