help electric ignition

well it turns out the battery isnt charging the light it still going out at revs then styas out but no charge , is a cell dead in the battery do you think ???

You can get the battery tested - but if it starts the car - very unlikely to be a bad cell. How do you know it's not charging? Are the lights not getting brighter? You really really need to pop in to Maplins and get a simple multi-meter!
