I once did 42 MPH down a VERY large bank (a few miles) on a Raleigh Vector (remeber those?? - 80s computer bike) just to see how fast I could go!! The brakes did absolutely NOTHING at those speeds. I had to overshoot my turn by about a mile as I hung on for dear life and waited for the bike to slow down to speeds where the brakes would work again! Scary stuff, but I was about 14 I think and I did tend to do silly things back then.

Ahem yes (it was about 120 ). I had to smile about a few weeks ago when I was cleaning my new sump and front timing cover with petrol and a paintbrush with a friend standing talking to me while smoking! He He. Made me laugh. Woooosh!
