Well, finally got a chance today to trim the torsion bars. Prior to doing this the measurements between floor and bottom of body, just behind front wheels and just in front of rear wheels was:

Right Front: 27.5 cm
Left Front: 25.5 cm
Right Rear: 26 cm
Left Rear: 24 cm

After adjusting on splines and with vermeer plate the new measurements are:

Right Front: 24.5 cm
Left Front: 24.0 cm
Right Rear: 24.5 cm
Left Rear: 24.5 cm

Pretty happy with the result, just half a cm out on the LH front but otherwise perfectly even all round. She certainly looks better now, sitting nice and balanced :D

if you're running right-hand-drive you will probably account for that 0.5cm anyway. well done on the setting up!

thanks for the measurment, if i did it in the right spot the front on mine measures around 19.00 and the rear is 24.00 :D
freshly painted 1275cc anda very loud big bore exhaust
