Get hold of a V8 and nitrous with leapord skin printed recaro's?I've been offered a restored 1949 MM that basically just needs the engine and trim refitting. What should I do?

Make sure you repair by brazing - then you can do a laminated write-up rally sheet saying "never been welded"

Keith. I have some fibreglass front wings and will happily trade your wings for mine and then you won't need to spend weeks de-rusting those awful steel ones.
