Now you can understand why adapting a Minor (I'll look out the magazine article for you hopefully later today) or having it sleeved with stainless is often considered by owners.
Actually a friend sent me some pictures he recently took when over in the UK (he lives in Belgium) that included an A30/35 van. He wanted me to try and identify as an A30 or A35 (difficult as aspects of both maybe an A30 that has been "updated" with A35 parts or a VERY early A35). Sods law says he didn't tell me when over here otherwise I'd have been to look myself as not too bad condition.
