Guessing at 25 ft lbf. I do mine up 'good and tight' with a ring spanner. Are your bump stops and dampers in good order (ie do they 'damp') because main reason for bolt trubble is damper reaching end of stroke and coming up solid putting enormous strains on everything including the bolts.
