Glad to see that this thread title has now been changed from "my car clean out" to "my restoration". To me, a car 'clean out' is tidying up the glove box and parcel shelf and maybe running a hoover over the carpet, not a full restoration  :D

This really is charging on at a rate of knots and such a high standard as well terrific work.
I hate to mention it as its such a small point but the fan blades should be yellow.
Cheers

Eveline, you are a legend! this looks amazing! Makes my restore look like a walk in the park! Good luck, and if it keeps up this pace it'll be finished in a few weeks - can't wait to see more pics!

Really amazing progress though: I've been glancing at this thread since it started, and I only get more impressed!

One can truly say...you are neither messing about half-heartedly, nor settling for anything less than what you see in your mind's eye.

Well done......the corks will one day be popping loudly!

PS.....if you can handle it, perhaps spend a day, at the end of all of this, before filling and painting, just migging and grinding, to reduce the amount of filler required.

Icing on the cake!

PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!

I adore this way of doing it - no plush workshop....just out there, giving it your all!

Could Moggie restoration qualify for the Olympics? Eveline (and pal) would be Gold-assured!

It took me a while to see all of this....I'm on a slow connection, but I finally waited for all of the pix to download.

And am very happy that I did.

PS....just got more pix down......I am pretty well speechless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PPS....how do you do that?????? I've just seen the crossmember pictures. Gobsmacked, I am, totally gobsmacked! Never seen anything like this.

PPPS.....just seen the picture of the vice the chap's using.

OMG!

Who needs equipment when you've got talent?

Unreal....totally.
