Where is Minor Convertible BEP 433?

Post by montyman »

To everyone out there - can you help me find my late father's first car he was so proud of, that I still have the original receipt for! It is a split screen Morris Minor Convertible reg number BEP 433 and was bought in Swanage in 1957. Has anyone got it now or know of its whereabouts? It would thrill me to know it still runs and perhaps even to see it. Thanks. Nick Roberts - nick@tramshed.co.uk

Did you mean it was purchased 'new' in 1957? If so then it is unlikely to be a splitscreen.

Maybe it was purchased second hand! Not sure if it was brand new.
