does anyone have a clue as to what thse slots could do on a Minor? They are on the B-post, on both sides, the slot at the top, two holes beneath.
Any thoughts greatly appriciated!

Thanks for the thought. I think the apertures must have done something electricly, hence the aperture, so I am thinking they were flashing indicators of some sort

I'd go with Cam's opinion, given that they're (I guess the one the other side is the same?) central in the pillar, and seem to have a screw hole beneath them.

Put the chisel at 45 degrees to the pilar on the edge of the pillar and give it a couple of good whacks and it will open the pillar up.
I see what you mean though, were you thinking of the smaller cold chisel straight on? I doubt they would have done that as it could damage (push in) the pillar a bit with direct force. The anged approach works a lot better. Who knows though?
Ño, it doesn't. Maybe I'll lead-load it. I'd better go ask Sam Heath, who I sopke to the other day, he is doing very well, very busy at the moment, his car is due to be ready in about two months.

Yes, roof racks are available for moggies - there's a company who often advertises them on the back page of Minor Matters. I think they clamp around the gutters, though, so this would seem a very strange place to try and mount one.
