Horn Push screws for 1955

Does anyone have the two (brass/) bolts and nuts that fit to the base of the horn push.

There doesn’t appear to be any screws listed in the parts manual
Unless its different for a 55.

Completely different hornpush, steering wheel and steering column upto 1956 when the Minor 1000 was introduced
I expect a suitable screw could be found to do the job with some searching but I doubt anybody keeps a screw for that exact purpose anymore.

As it's something electrical they are probably a BA size, at a guess 4BA. Measure them with a calliper and compare to BA diameter chart. BA brass machine screws and nuts are still available and often used by model makers.

I think they are not illustrated as they might have come pre-assembled with part 6 on the diagram.
Apart from the Knob(2) being illustrated with an M on it (another illustration error ), that is essentially the Brown Horn Button.
I had mine apart last month, I think any suitable brass Bolts and Nuts will suffice....

I did say in my comment it could be different on earlier car. That was the one shown in the parts manual I have and I used for the horn push query I had.
Perhaps some has an earlier illustration or as suggested just use generic bolts.

Sorry, I confused the plate numbers, I checked the illustration in the Parts Manual for the LCVs, which covers everything from the first one to the last.
The Brown Button one is separately illustrated (item 1 at the bottom corner, first type illustrated last ), but it still doesn't have the bolts, washers or nuts.
How it can list the contact plate but not the fastenings for it is a bit odd.

I should have been more careful comparing the images.
The LCV books were combined in 1967, so that 2 books rather than 4 covered the entire production.
A great pity they never did that with the cars so that MM/SII were included.

I stumbled onto the pdf downloads a while back.
As the LCVs started when the SII changed to the centre speedo, it gives me a partial insight into some SII aspects, well at least as far as the front end is concerned.
See the explanatory sticker on the inside cover...

If they are not threaded into anything, just thru holes and nuts it would seem that anything BA, inch, metric of a similar diameter and length should work?
