I got new bumpers, hinges for trunk and hood, missing chrome parts otherwise and some new rubber parts including piping for rear wings, so I will remove hood and trunk lid also to paint them separate as I want paint under the hinges.

The paint is in good condition so I will leave it there and just sand it down, put epoxy primer over all, fix any scratches and the bad area on the front wing, make it flat and nice, more epoxy primer and paint on top of that (single stage, no clear), I did it before on my Dodge Lancer so it should be ok, it will not be a show car, but that is not what I am after either.

Bought vinyl for the interior (white), can't have red interior with a blue car, not sure what to do about the seats yet (worn maroon vinyl).

I cannot see any bad rust under either so I think I got lucky there, breaks look brand new and the brake hoses are new.

Well, that was all for today.

Floor is looking good, there are some repairs, but they are well done, no rust and no holes, there was some water at the rear seat foot area and it started to get some surface rust there, but not too late to stop it.

Just red rust protection paint there now, so there is room for improvement there.

Well, it is getting there, it is now Honolulu blue, all is painted, now I "just" have to put everything back together, most rubber will be new, new bumpers, new chrome parts (hinges and so on).

I did get a few runs in the paint of course, so I have to wait a few days before I take care of them, otherwise the paint is pretty good, some polishing will be needed of course.

That photo does not show the color correct, this is a better representation of the actual color.
