Re: unable to access wiring diagram
The images are unfortunately missing from many of the older posts on this forum.
You can download the workshop manual AKD530 as a free pdf download here: https://www.dorsetmmoc.co.uk/wordpress/ ... manual.pdf
Then you can view it on your computer and print out the pages that you need for a particular job.
There is a wiring diagram N46 for models with an alternator in the workshop manual but it is not very useful because it is for the very early alternators that had an external 4TR control unit and they were positive earth as well.
For your 1967 car the relevant diagram is N44 remembering that this diagram is for a POSITIVE earth car and by necessity your car will be NEGATIVE earth with a modern alternator. This diagram does not include the alternator wiring as it is for a dynamo.
Various people have produced colour wiring diagrams for cars with alternators including this one: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... 809&type=3

Look again, Brian Hawley has screwed up, and it's the same as the Alternator Diagram

So it is
To be honest, I didn't even bother looking as I don't use these diagrams!

I don't use them either, I've never had any problem with the ones in the workshop manual, but then I spent most of my working life following far more complex line diagrams, often across multiple pages, either on A3 paper, microfiche or electronic version...

Re: unable to access wiring diagram
No Bill, if you look it says dynamo as the title of the diagram but then shows an alternator within the diagram?!!

Re: unable to access wiring diagram
True two title's one diagram
I think the one I posted is dynamo so the op will have both.
Or is it just an AI conspiracy
