I just used standard general purpose lithium grease and I found in hot weather in conjunction with the engine heat under the bonnet that it liquified and ran out of the gearbox area of the wiper motor. I then used bearing grease and this has been fine as it does not liquify until it is hotter. You do not need to "pack" it full of grease.

Something like this for instance: https://www.commaoil.com/product/comma/ ... ing-grease
