My engine is running a bit rich - twin SU carbs.
Is there a good engine tuner in the Leyland / Preston area or anywhere in Lancashire.

A C Dodd will come up, but will charge extra for twin carbs. He is the man. Organise a group of a-series owners to make it cheaper.

before getting someone out I'd make sure everything is in good condition, check it has the right needles, that the Jets aren't worn, no air leaks, the floats are OK / at right level, ignition timing, valve clearances etc.
