Replacement hydraulic hoses

Post by Mr Spigot »

I am renewing my brake fluid and at the same time replacing the remote reservoirs and hoses for brake and clutch. Are there any recommendations for the type of hose to go for? EPDM tubing seems to be what's needed but is that so?

Might be going a bit over the top but after lots of people found that the hose ESM supplies in their kits is unsuitable (weeping fluid) Declan Burns starting producing superb kits made from Kunifer (cupronickel) tubing with remote reservoirs. The ultimate and will last a lifetime. Also looks as if it was original. If interested PM me for his e-mail address.

Thanks Stephen. I have been in contact with Declan before about Lucas battery plugs and he was very helpful, so I have contacted him about this. It might be easier for me to make up my own pipes. I was thinking of getting this set of reservoirs;
