1/2 ROUND STRIP ON BOTTOM OF DOOR

Hi,

Can some please give me a measurement where this 1/2 round metal channel should be on the bottom of the door ( 2dr saloon), mine got taken off by the panel beater and never replaced.

I now have the new metal strip but need to get them positioned on the door base.

Going to use some small ssteel pop rivets and Silkaflex 221 to hold them on.

Do you mean the strip that holds the rubber seal in place on the underside of the door?
If so, I don't think it's critical, just position it about 3 to 4cm in from the inside of the lower edge of the door skin.
