Seam sealing recommendations?
Which sealant would you recommend for sealing seams (e.g. lap-welded plates etc.) on a Minor? I seem to remember someone somewhere saying Sikaflex is good, but there are several different types.

I use a roof and gutter sealant. It is a
Rubberised, permanent and weatherproof black sealant. For repairing leaking gutters, downpipes and flashings, for bedding roof sheets and felts.
Sold on a cartridge, costs less than £4.00 and sticks like the proverbial.

There's an idea - thanks! I've just looked on B&Q's website and they have a variety of them, so I might give that a go.

I have used this stuff instead of DumDum on my Traveller. My son has used it after welding many underfloor panels on his Mini.
