Hey, my grandad had a Morris Minor many years ago and he loved it. He even managed to get it shown in one of the old top gear episodes.
He is getting on in years now and keeps thinking about it. I checked MOT and Insurance on it and who ever has it is still looking after it, which makes him happy.
But I was hoping to find the owner and contact them to get some photos to show him.
The plate is 507 BUO.
He still has the original licence plate for it, the black background white letters one.
If anyone here knows the owner, I would love to get in contact.

Call the MMOC office in Derby and ask if they have a record of the car. If yes, then they can pass your details to the owner. It is up to the owner whether they contact you.

Nothing useful to add except to say I really hope you find it! Keep us posted on here!

I did email them, but unfortunately they haven't been an active member since 2005.
I am trying to find out what information I can get within the limits of GDPR so I can do move focused searching.
That is actually my Dad's YouTube channel! He uploaded that because of the car.KeithL wrote: ↑Mon Oct 20, 2025 2:24 pm Here you go. Starts at about 13m 15s.
