Ok thank you
Could the uneven shoes cause the squeaky brakes ?
Will check the drum with my digital calliper.

Re: On checking my brake squeak
Well, original numbers were AJA 5058 for 7" Drum and latter cars 8" Drum were 8G 8767, but I'm not sure how well recognised those numbers would be these days.

The Lockheed Delphi code for 7” REAR shoes was LS1001. I’ll check my records for other part numbers.

Re: On checking my brake squeak
Do you need the 7" or 8" front shoes? ESM 8" branded shoes are Apec and they are good linings.

I don't know. I haven't used those cylinders. Try Powertrack Brakes Ltd. https://www.powertrackbrakes.co.uk
They are a small business and you will need to phone or e-mail them.

Re: On checking my brake squeak
Just for information, the MIntex code for 8" FRONT brake shoes code was MLR4. Very good if you can find them.

I don't know but the Mintex code for 7" REAR shoes is MLR2 so what you suggest is very plausible

I see these Mintex 7” X 1 1/4” Brake Shoes MLR3 LB73 Austin, Coventry Climax, Morrison
But sellers unsure about fitting, says it mentions Morris but nothing about minors
