Spanner size expert needed

These little things have followed me around for years. They are tiny and much smaller than the picture.

Some of them are marked with an 'E' number, for example E67, E66, E65 etc.

Some of the sizes are, well, somewhat unusual, for example 13/64, 15/64, 11/32, 7/32, 9/32.

They were made in the USA.

Question is, what were they for?

They look like standard spanners to me.
The sizes are quite normal too.
The E numbers could be the makers identification number/mark.

I was simply bemused by sizes like 7/32 and 15/64 which seemed specific to something but if not I'll just put them back in the box for another 20 years.

In the States they are often called an "ignition set." At one time various manufacturers must have has all sorts of ignition designs that required small spanners. Also I know even larger Ford specific wrenches were in 32th. This is probably why Sears - Craftsman had a 19/32 - 25/32 spanner. The creation of SAE then standardized fasteners.

Ah Ha! It all falls in to place. Many years ago I had a Railton which in effect was a Hudson with British bodywork and a few tweaks. Its electrical equipment including ignition was Delco Remy (from memory). These probably came in the boxes of junk (think treasures) I got with the car.
