ABANDONDED MINOR?

Hi,
A colleague of mine lives in south London and has come across, what seems to be, an abandoned Morris Oxford. Please see pictures. Can we save this vehicle?

It's taxed and Insured.
So if someone is willing to pay out to insure it, they have an interest in it, ergo it is not 'abandoned'.
Until the Tax and Insurance run out, I respectfully suggest that your friend should not worry about it.
Being in London, I'm pretty sure someone local will have flagged it to the local council if it was 'abandoned', if only to free up a parking space.... :roll:
