Bill
My neighbour is restoring a vintage Douglas motorcycle and he has been round to see me to discuss and identify the special Douglas threads and how to get round the problem.
The nearest we could get was BSCY.
I have some BSCY taps and dies but not the ones he wanted. I recommended Tracy Tools as a source of BSCY taps and dies.
If I remember correctly the threads being discussed were related to the brake(s).

I've looked through, but can't see a bolt size for the 3 way union that's mounted on the rear axle. Sorry if I've missed it. Any ideas, please?
