Tracking

Hi all,just replaced both top trunnions and tie rod ends,but need to pick your brains. I reckon my tracking is out as the steering even though it's a lot better than it was is definitely amiss.. Anyone got any DIY methods to do the tracking myself to save a trip to the garage.any help grateful cheers everyone

I consulted the old Tube and have used the axle stands, or other suitable devices, a 12" rule and taught string method.
Not disimilar to the method in the workshop manual using alignment trammels.
No signs of tell tale wear on the tyres at all.

Yeh I looked at the YouTube video using the string and axle stands idea and looks good will try that,cheers
