Post by les »

Has anyone bought these from ESM, I want a set but interested to know if they are as sturdy as the original ones. Thanks.

Hi Les,
I fitted some from ESM to my 55 van about 8 years ago, they are excellent just as good as the originals but in stainless.
All the best Keith

Yes I have stainless hub caps from ESM and they seem absolutely fine to me.

The least major issue that happened at my cars first restoration was the loss of a hubcap due to it not having been put back on properly when the car was driven home.

The company involved sent a replacement which was stainless steel, it's been on the car now since about 2003. I couldn't tell you if it's the same as ESM sell, but there's no denying the longevity of it.

Now that I have some spare original hubcaps I'll revert it back at some point in the future :)
