Taking door components out
Amazing how neat and difficult it is to remove the top latch crosspiece, I am sure it pops in a lot easier than it comes out. It is practically the last component to get out and in assembly the is first to go in, The rest is pretty straightforward except the glued in glasss on the regulator runner is hard to separate, and I used a heat gun to soften the gunky mess and once you get an edge at the end, the glass can be gently levered out of the track. One thing to be aware of is the screws under the bottom of the quarter panel, under the rubber at the front have nuts beneath. MMs have a very strong window regulator, and I have never seen one fail.
