Major restoration project

Post by JohnLiddle »

Free to a good home but collection and self loading only.

2-door 1960 Minor (in a pretty bad way) with V5C.

Lots of other bits - 2 engines - 2 bonnets - 2 boot lids - various lights, heater parts, trafficators, interior door panels etc.

Currently residing in North Somerset.

To be taken as a whole - no cherry-picking!

Hi John,
Is it 2 or 4 door? Realistic resto or scrap? I’m after a 4 door project. If so, any pics?
Thanks Alan

Hi John. Forget pics…I can weld well. If it’s 4 door then I’d love to take it. Thanks Alan

Hi Alan,

thanks for your replies - I'm afraid it's a 2-door.

I have edited the original post to make that clear.

Hi John,
Still pondering if I should just resto a 2 door as yours is available.
Are the upper body panels in reasonable shape? A posts? Not bothered about chassis/floor rust as I enjoy welding, or interior condition.
Thanks Alan
