Well, yes, rather obviously. thats my point; It was a fleet vehicle, hence the low compression van engine and the 'max permissible load 6cwt' stencilled on the rear door, which indicates it was used by a non-private owner. Thanks for your comment but it doesn't really shed any light on SWEB or their Minors/Travellers.

I know SEB (Southern Electricity Board) had Travellers, certainly make sense with the Berks registration.
South West Electricity Board with Bristol marks, South Wales Electricity mainly Swanea(I think?), Southern Electricity mixed with Reading/Pompey/Bournemouth & Middx....

Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!
