just to let everyone know the reason why I have not been around at rallies recently
obviously because of the dreaded virus
but the earth shattering loss of our beloved Mom last year,
she must have been one of the oldest? if not the oldest
supporter of Moggie Minor's I knew at 96,!
and I know a lot of you have known or seen her over the years
with "Ughie" her beloved Driving School Car which she bought new and which we still have.
because the house sold so quickly,
we expected at least 9-12 month's to sell......... not a week.
so, we had to rapidly think on our toes what to do with all the motor's!!
my very good friend came to the fore at a minutes unhesitating moment and kindly
housed two,which left the Jaguar "JJ" stuck in resto' over the virus now being worked on again
so not a worry there for the forseeable future
but Chris bought me a p-u just before Mom passed
and we have a rented garage for her but they are leaving next year!!??
we have a plan to have them all at the Chateau national next year
with the one proviso we have to get "Ughie" put back together which was just 2 weeks away from finishing
after a major rebuild
engine running but everything else including new loom to be fitted
and I am useless at electrics
so anyone in the W.Mid's who could help an old man out
would be gratefully appreciated
