Caution plate

Hi I'm looking for the aluminium caution sign that clips on to the heater pipe that runs next to the rocker box please

The plates themselves are available from the main suppliers - the clips can be bought separately on e baby etc (search tool clips) and the two riveted together . I have seen originals at auto jumbles but they tend to be fairly faded / scratched.
